Chrystal ReNell is a Dallas Texas native. She has been dancing since the age of three and studied and trained with the best such as Happy Nia, Dallas Black Dance Theatre, The Black Academy of Arts and Letters and so many more! By the age of 13 years old, Chrystal began to choreograph and teach local youths in her neighborhood and churches. By the end of her high school career, Chrystal traveled throughout the entire state of Texas dancing with Ordered Steps Production and working as a professional dancer for Schooling Talent. After high school, Chrystal was a technique and dance coach for two majorette teams, Next Level and Golden Divas. Right before Chrystal's move to New York to pursue her educational career at Pace University, she was able to work with celebrities such as B-Slade and Fred Hammond. Her hard work and dedication got her to be a production assistant for an upcoming niche film for Netflix. Also, she was able to be a two-year Emmy Award recipient for The 34th and 35th Annual Black Music and The Civil Rights Movement Concert--KTXA as a principal and feature dancer. Chrystal has now graduated from Pace University where she studied Arts and Entertainment Management and was the President of the Black Student Union her senior year. During her time at Pace, she has been able to build connections with early childhood programs and work with Jumpstart, a children's literacy program for in-poverty communities in Lower Manhattan. She then joined as an Engagement Ambassador for Pace University under Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where she was able to do outreach on behalf of the school. She now works as a performing artist, a core dance member for Pretty Big Movement, and models and collaborates with emerging artists as a choreographer and artist developer while producing different photoshoots to help bring emerging artists together to network, build their portfolios, and sell their products/ merchandise.
